1. CLAUSE REQUEST OFFER
We inform you that the personal data that you provide through your request for offer, will be treated by the agency to which you have made the request for the purposes described below.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of collection, all personal data collected are required contribution to be indispensable elements for the provision of the service. The non-facilitation of those will be accompanied by the impossibility of processing your request for an offer. Personal data will be collected exclusively for the purposes indicated in this Clause.

You confirm and guarantee the veracity and accuracy of the data provided, and that these are adjusted to their current status, corresponding solely and exclusively to you, so that you do not intend to use personal or identifying data corresponding to any third party. In this sense, you agree to communicate any changes that may occur in them, in accordance with the procedure established in section “4. Your rights”.

1. With what purpose and with what legal basis do we treat your personal data?

The personal data will be collected and will be treated by the agency exclusively with the following purposes that are described below, which are based on the following legal bases:

i. Execution of the contract signed between you and the agency or application of pre-contractual measures:
to. Provide the corresponding offer, according to your request.

ii. Express consent:
to. If you authorize it, communicate your information to Only Mallorca SLU in order to keep you informed, including by electronic means, about the products and services of Only Mallorca SLU facilitating your participation in contests and promotions, as well as knowing your level of satisfaction of face to improve and develop the products and services of the brand in accordance with their needs and interests.
b. If you authorize it, make commercial and / or advertising communications, including by electronic means, in order to keep you informed about the products and services of the agency.

2. Recipients of your personal data

The agency may communicate your personal data to Only Mallorca SLU, in the terms described in section 1.ii.a of this clause.

3. Conservation of your personal data

Your personal data will be processed and maintained by Only Mallorca SLU for a period of up to 24 months from the date of this service request, notwithstanding that this term is extended as a result of new requests for service or contact with any of the entities mentioned above.

In the event that you have authorized the sending of commercial communications by the agency or the transfer of your data to Only Mallorca SLU for the same purpose, your data will be treated indefinitely and you may object to this treatment at any time in accordance with the procedure established in section “4. Your rights”.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data will be kept properly blocked, while responsibilities may be derived, as well as for compliance with other legal obligations by Only Mallorca SLU. In these cases, Only Mallorca SLU guarantees that they will not process the data unless it is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims or when this is required to facilitate the same to the Public Administration, Judges and Courts during the prescription period of their rights or legal obligations.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the right to the limitation of treatment and the right to the portability of your personal data, proving your identity (by means of a copy of ID or equivalent) before:

(i) The agency to which you have made the request, and whose address can be found at www.onlymallorca.com

5. Claims

If you consider that Only Mallorca SLU has not respected any of the aforementioned rights, you will have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
